Sports physio in Adelaide, from first ice pack to final whistle
Whether you rolled an ankle at netball on Saturday or your knee has grumbled for three running seasons, we treat the injury and plan the way back, so you return to sport strong rather than just pain-free.
A clear ladder back to play
Every plan is built in stages. You move up a step when you pass simple tests, not when a calendar says so.
Settle
Calm the injury, protect it where needed and keep the rest of you moving.
Strengthen
Rebuild strength and range, measured so you can see progress week to week.
Sport-specific
Running, jumping, cutting and kicking drills that match what your sport asks of you.
Return and stay
Back to training, then games, with a short program to lower the chance of it coming back.
Running gait assessment
A 60-minute session for runners with a niggle, runners coming back from injury and anyone building towards a first half or full marathon.

Runners with knee, shin, hip, Achilles or foot pain that keeps coming back; people returning to running after injury, surgery or pregnancy; and runners planning a big jump in distance.
What to bring
The shoes you run in most, your usual running clothes and, if you track runs, a screenshot of your last four weeks. Any scans or surgeon’s notes help too.
